Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a joint which is easily bent, has sufficient strength against an external force, is durable against a using environment, and is abrasion resistant against a delivered solid matter.
CONSTITUTION: A joint part J, with which solid matter delivering pipe communicates and connects freely, is arranged in each of both ends part of a cylindrical joint main body P, an abrasion resistant rubber layer A, whose inner face is smooth or approximately smooth, is formed in the inside of the joint main body P while a bellows weatherable reinforcing rubber layer B, which has a peak part H and a valley part V in the longitudinal direction, is formed in the outside, and soft rubber is filled between the peak part H of the bellows weatherable reinforcing rubber layer B and the abrasion resistant rubber layer A so as to be integrally formed.
