Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint-strength experiencing device, by which the merit of a joint filler can be determined easily and the merit can be impressed.
SOLUTION: In the joint-strength experiencing device 1b, the joint filler 3 is installed between a pair of exterior-wall pieces 2, one exterior-wall piece 2 is fixed onto an exhibition base 5 and a handle 5 is mounted on the other exterior-wall piece 2 and the joint filler 3 secured between the exterior-wall pieces 2 and 2 is stretched by pulling the handle 5 and the performance of the joint filler 3 can be sensed bodily. In the joint-strength experiencing device 1a, the joint fillers 3 and 3 are fitted among a plurality of the exterior-wall pieces 2, 2 and 2, tensile stress by a tension testing device 6 stretching the joint fillers 3 and 3 by separating a section between the exterior-wall piece 2 at one end and one 2 at the other end is applied between these exterior-wall pieces 2 and 2 and an indicator 61 indicating tensile strength by the tension testing device 6 is set up. In the joint-strength experiencing devices 1a and 1b, rules 46 and 69 capable of confirming the elongation of the joint fillers 3 by the separation of the exterior-wall pieces 2 are attached.
