Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint connection structure between pit frames that simplifies the joint member structure, at the same time significantly enhancing the convenience in handling, thereby improving the work efficiency when connecting pit frames using a joint member, the joint connection structure between pit frames having a plurality of pit frames lined along an opening edge of the pit, with an engagement groove that extends in the longitudinal direction of the pit frame formed on a side surface opposite the pit opening of each pit frame, and edge parts of the adjacent pit frames are connected using a joint member that may be fitted on the engagement groove, so as to cover the connected edge parts.SOLUTION: A joint member J includes a joint body Jm that may be engaged with an engagement groove Cg of a pit frame F, leaving a clearance in between, and an elastic member S of which a base part Sb is connected to the joint body. The elastic member S has a free end Sa slidably engaged with the engagement groove Cg, at the same time causing the joint body Jm to be pressed against an inner surface of the engagement groove Cg, with a resilient force generated as the elastic member S is deformed elastically.
