Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of press working in a factory for prepared holes for bolts, etc., and drastically improve its workability by providing a prepared hole for the bolt having the diameter larger than the tolerance and interposing reinforcing washers between the head part of a high strength bolt and joint counterparts, and between a nut and the joint counterparts respectively.
SOLUTION: Reinforcing washers are interposed between the head part of a high strength bolt 1 and joint counterparts 4A-4C and between a nut and the joint counterparts 4A-4C respectively so that an axial force transmission range (a range surrounded with oblique lines L1, L2 setting their start points to respective outer edges of reinforcing washers 101, 102) of the high strength bolt 1 toward the inside of the joint counterparts 4A-4C is expanded so that, when the diameters 5d of prepared holes 5 provided in the joint counterparts 4A-4C become larger than the standard specifications, the contact area of friction grip joint can be set equivalent to or larger than the standard specifications. This constitution can enhance the friction grip joint force between the joint counterparts 4A-4C and the fastening strength as well.
