To provide a joint structure of plate materials, a joining method of plate materials, and a cabinet that do not require an adhesive, do not impair appearance, can be implemented with inexpensive costs, and have good assembling workability.SOLUTION: A joint structure of plates for joining an end surface of a second plate material to a main plane of a first plate material, includes: a first plate material that has a first joint hole; a second plate material that has a second joint hole; and a joint member that has a first foot portion and a second foot portion that project out in generally perpendicular two directions from a joint member body portion, a first engagement projecting portion provided at a tip end of the first foot portion and capable of being fitted with a first engagement recessed portion, and a second engagement projecting portion provided at a tip end of the second foot portion and capable of being fitted with a second engagement portion. The first foot portion and the first engagement projecting portion of the joint member are inserted from a first opening portion of the first plate material and the first engagement projecting portion is fitted with the first engagement recessed portion. The second foot portion and the second engagement projecting portion of the joint member are inserted from a second opening portion of the second plate material, and the second engagement projecting portion is fitted with the second engagement recessed portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
