The joint structure 1 of the reinforced concrete column and the reinforced steel framed beam is so constituted that a beam-column joint member 5 formed by intersecting a steel framed beam member 14 at a fixed plate 7 buried in a header 6 in a column capital section of a hollow precast concrete column 3 of the downstairs is installed and fixed, a hollow precast concrete column 4 of the upstairs is installed and fixed to the beam-column joint member 5 to connect the precast concrete column 3 of the downstairs to a column main bar 2 and that restrictive plates 13 are driven into the outer circumference of the column capital section of both up and down hollow precast concrete columns 3 and 4 and the outer circumference of a column leg section.
