A high rigid joint fitting 1 is arranged on the end face of one of segments 6, 6a, and a box recess 7 is provided behind it. A box recess 7 is not provided behind the segment 6, 6a provided with a high rigid joint fitting 1a having hollow screws oppositely contacted with the high rigid joint fitting 1, hollow screws 12 on the same axes as bolt inserting holes 4a, 4b provided on these joint fittings 1, 1a are provided on the back plate 8a of the high rigity joint fitting 1a with hollow screws, and bolts 10 are inserted into the bolt inserting holes 4, 4a through the box recess 7, and the extreme end parts are screwed in the hollow screws 12 so as to combine together both segments.
