Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make clogging with a foreign substance unlikely to occur, and to surely prevent water leak.SOLUTION: A steel strip 2 is wound spirally and is formed annular by mutually fixing both side edges of the steel strip 2 in a spiral joint 3, and spiral tubes 1 that are cut into a predetermined length are joined with each other. At such a time, one end side 10a of a connection tube 10 is internally fitted to an end portion 1a of the spiral tube 1, the spiral tube 1 and the connection tube 10 are welded by a weld part 4, and a cut-off part 5 made of a caulking agent is provided between the spiral tube 1 and the connection tube 10 at a deep side of the weld part 4 in a view from the end portion 1a in the spiral tube 1. The cut-off part 5 is then covered from the inside of the spiral tube 1 by a cylindrical sleeve 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
