Abstract:
PURPOSE: To join a strut with a waling at an arbitrary angle by joining the waling and the strut while interposing a plurality of liners formed in a wedge shape.
CONSTITUTION: A waling 2 is affixed horizontally on the inside of a landslide protection wall 1 constructed along a cutting surface. Liners 4a, 4b, 4c formed in a wedge shape are combined properly and arranged between the waling 2 and a strut 3 in response to the angle of joining to the waling 2 of the strut 3, and connected by joint bolts 5. Joint bars 6 are stretched between the waling 2 and the strut 3 while one end 6a of each bar 6 is welded to the waling 2, and the other end 6b is coupled with the strut 3 by joint bolts.
