Abstract:
To provide a strong joint structure with safety without causing stress concentration in a joint part even when bending stress is applied in a steel pipe pile.SOLUTION: An outer comb part, at a first joint part, is inserted outside of an inner steel pipe part and fixed on a first steel pipe pile, the outer comb part being provided with a first base part positioned on an outer periphery of the inner steel pipe part and a first skirt part extending from the first base part toward a shaft direction. At the first base part, the inner steel pipe part and the outer comb part are welded at one of an edge for extending the first skirt part and a tip side of the first skirt part. An inner comb part, at a second joint part, is inserted inside of an outer steel pipe part, and fixed on a second steel pipe pile, the inner comb part being provided with a second base part positioned on an inner periphery of the outer steel pipe part and a second skirt part extending from the second base part toward the shaft direction. At the second base part, the outer steel pipe part and the inner comb part are welded at one of an edge for extending the second skirt and a tip side of the second skirt part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
