Title:
JOINT TERMINAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3651416
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the short circuit terminal and realize cost reduction.
SOLUTION: The joint terminal 10 has a shape in which a plurality of cable connecting parts 20 for connecting the cables 40 on both sides of a carrier bar 11 are linked respectively through a linking member 30. The cables 40 are pressure fitted to the cable connecting parts 20 and the linking members 30 are bent in the same direction, and, between the cable connecting parts 20 in that state, an inner housing 60 is arranged and these are housed in an outer housing 50. Since the joint terminal 10 utilizes the carrier bar, which is necessary in the pressing process, and can secure electrical conduction by it, a short circuit terminal as a separate component is not necessary.
