PURPOSE: To provide a joint tool used for fitting the elliptic shaft of a joining member into the elliptic hole of a holding member to join a short pipe to another short pipe for the formation of the structural member, capable of preventing the intrusion of water into the house, not staining the inner parts of the pipes, excellent in the prevention of slippage and rotation, and suitable for the horticultural facility house.
CONSTITUTION: The joint tool is formed of a holding member 1 comprising a cylindrical barrel part 11 and a bag cylindrical part 12 having an elliptic hole and a joining member 2 comprising an elliptic shaft to be fitted into the elliptic hole and a column part for fitting the cylindrical part thereonto. The cylindrical barrel part 11 of the holding member 1 is hermetically tightly attached to the opened end of a short pipe 3, and the elliptic shaft of the joining member 2 is fitted into the elliptic hole of the holding member 1 to join the short pipe 3 to another short pipe 3, thus forming the structural member.
