Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make a coupler in smaller size by fixing one coupler gear to the end of a motor shaft, coupling a sleeve having an internal gear, which meshes with said coupler gear, with an intermediate shaft having another coupler gear on its other end, and providing a cylindrical shaft fitted at the periphery with a pinion of a speed reduction device and at the bore with another internal gear. CONSTITUTION:One coupler gear 12 is fixed to the end of motor shaft 10, and a sleeve 14 provided with an internal gear 14a meshing with said coupler gear 12 is coupled by a flange 27a to an intermediate shaft 27, whose other end is provided with another coupler gear 28. The power of this motor shaft 10 is transmitted to a speed reducing device through a cylindrical shaft 29, which is fitted at its periphery with a pinion 30 of said speed reduction device and at its bore with another internal gear 31 meshing with the secondly named coupler gear 28. This should shorten the occupation length of the joint part to lead to increase of the shafting length of the drive motor as well as increase of the capacity.
