Abstract:
PURPOSE:To commonly use the components such as leg members, by manufacturing the leg members easily with press machining, through the provision of screw holes by welding the screw members to the folded part of the leg members. CONSTITUTION:The both ends of metal plate material is folded in U-shape so that they are approximately in parallel with each other with a given distance to form the leg member with a pair of legs. The leg has the through hole 14 and at the folding part of the leg 13, the screw member is welded and the screw hole part has the screw hole screwed to the bushing rod. Thus, the leg 13 can easily by manufactured with press machining, and when various types only different in the length of screw are manufactured, the length of the screw member only is changed and the components for the leg member 13 can commonly be used.
