Abstract:
To enhance the appearance of the surface of a concrete foundation by providing a clear distinction between the jointed portion and the unjointed portion of the surface of the foundation and keep cracks, if any, in the foundation out of view from the outside.
A recess groove part 2 for a joint is formed in the surface part of the concrete foundation 1 and a joint member 3 which is independent of the concrete foundation 1 is buried into the recess groove part 2 integrally with the foundation 1.
