This jointing means is provided with an anchor reinforcement 11 having an uneven outer surface and fixed to a cover body 2, and a recessed part 6 formed in a side wall upper face 5 of a side-ditch body 1. A spiral groove 6a is formed on the inner side face of the recessed part 6. The anchor reinforcement 11 is inserted in an adhesive 9 filled in the recessed part 6, and the anchor reinforcement is fixedly held into the recessed part by solidifying the adhesive.
