Thereafter on the building site, jointing D between a beam side plate piece 12 and a beam 2, jointing D2 between a joint side piece 13 and a gusset plate 3, and jointing E between the gusset plate 3 and the brace 4 are carried out by using high tensile bolts. Also, welding F is performed for an approaching point between the column 1 and the beam 2.
