Abstract:
To simplify a structure of a locking tool for a flexible tube joint, facilitate a production thereof, and reduce the production cost.SOLUTION: A flexible tube joint 2 to which a locking tool 30 is installed includes a joint body 10 and a nut 20 screwed thereto. A flexible tube 1 is inserted from a through hole 24 of the nut 20 into a connection hole 13 of the joint body 10. The locking tool 30 is made of metal, and includes an annular base part 31 and a plurality of locking pieces 32 provided along a peripheral direction of the base part 31. The plurality of locking pieces 32 are provided on a depth side in the connection hole 13 of the joint body 10 from the nut 20. It is inclined from the base part 31 to a bottom of the joint body 10 in a radial and inner directions. When the flexible tube 1 is inserted into the joint 2, the locking tool 30 elastically deforms the locking pieces 32 to allow the flexible tube 1 to pass to the bottom side, and the tip of the locking pieces 32 abuts against an outer peripheral face of the flexible tube 1 thereby locking the flexible tube 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
