PURPOSE: To enable measurement from which crosstalk influence is excluded, by alternately performing the selection of two sample hold circuits in synchronous relation to ON and OFF of the gate current of a sampling gate.
CONSTITUTION: The gate current of a sampling gate 202 is subjected to ON/OFF control on the basis of frequency obtained by the frequency division of the sampling rate of a sampling oscilloscope 209. On the other hand, in a return closed circuit reaching a time base 208 from a sampling head 207 through an integration circuit, two sample hold circuits 212, 213 are provided directly after the sampling head 207 and a differental amplifier 214 for detecting the difference between both outputs of said circuits 212, 213 is inserted. By alternately performing the selection of two sampling hold circuits 212, 213 in synchronous relation to ON/OFF of the gate current of the sampling gate 202, measurement, from which crosstalk influence is excluded, can be performed.
