Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a suspicious device causing a disturbance to a clock signal.SOLUTION: In a clock supply system to supply a clock signal to a target device from a plurality of clock devices configured in a tree structure so as to supply clock signals output by a master clock device to a plurality of the target devices, a determination apparatus for a suspicious device identifies a suspicious device generating abnormality in clock signal disturbance generation. The determination apparatus comprises: means for collecting alarm information issued by the target device, the clock device, and a transmission path for the clock signal respectively; means for extracting necessary alarm information only from collected alarm information so as to identify a suspicious device; means for associating a clock device which has issued extracted alarm information with the tree structure so as to identify an alarm generation range showing a range of alarm issuing clock devices in the tree structure; and means for determining a clock device in a top of the tree structure as a suspicious device, among the clock devices included in the alarm issued range.
