Abstract:
To provide a more accurate method to determine whether an article fell on a rail track or not.SOLUTION: When a control part 41 of a determination device 4 acquires the results of article detection in platform side space and in rail track side space from a detection device 1, the control part refers the transition of the results to a transition table 421 stored in memory part 42. As a consequence of referring, the control part 41 determines whether the detected article fell on the rail track or not. When it is determined that the article did not fall on the rail track, the control part 41 returns the process to step S101. When it is determined that the article fell on the rail track, the control part 41 instructs the alarm device 5 to respond to the falling via the communication part 43.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
