To provide a juice dispenser using high viscosity syrup by providing a mechanism forcibly stirring syrup and dilution water only by the turblent force of dilution water on the extraction side of a tube pump for extracting syrup.
Barrier plates M3 for forcibly stirring syrup and dilution water are provided in the internal passage M21 of the main pipe M2 of a mixer M for a jice dispenser so as to be alternately positioned. That is, the half in the passage M21 is closed by the first barrier plate 31 and the half on the opposite side thereof is closed by the second barrier plate M32 and, further, the half on the same side of the first barrier plate M31 is closed by the third barrier plate M33 and this constitution is repeated. A syrup injection port M1 and a dilution water injection port M5 are provided to the upstream part of a mixer main pipe M2 and dilution water and syrup are disturbed by a large number of the barrier plates M to be mixed and diluted and the diluted syrup is taken out of the juice extraction port M6 provided to the downstream part of the mixer main pipe M2.
