This juicer 1 is provided with a plurality of fracture projections 20 annually disposed around the outer circumferential position of the grating blade 16, or the outside of the lower end outer circumference of the cylindrical supply opening 34, so that, when the residuals of ungrated food materials are leaped out from a clearance between the lower end of the supply opening 34 and the grating blade 16 by a centrifugal force, the residuals are finely fractured by colliding with the fracture projections 20. This constitution, even if the residuals collide with the receiving member 4 and the lid body 5, does not generate so much large colliding noise to prevent the user from feeling discomfort.
