To provide a juicer into which materials can be quickly and lightly pushed while suppressing the decline of a squeezing performance.
The juicer comprises a main body 3 with a built-in motor 4, a juice recovery container 9 mounted on the main body 3, a separation filter 8 arranged inside the juice recovery container 9 and provided with a cutter plate 7 with many grating blades 6 to be rotationally driven by the motor 4 on a bottom part, and a lid 10 covering the upper opening 9a of the juice recovery container 9, and the cutter plate 7 is turned to a curved surface shape. Compared to the case that the cutter plate 7 is flat, a cutting area is increased in the case of feeding the material of the same size and the number of the grating blades 6 increases as well. Thus, even when the height of the grating blades 6 is low, the time required for cutting is not prolonged, force for pushing in the material is not increased, and the material is quickly and lightly pushed in while suppressing the decline of the squeezing performance.
