To provide a juicer capable of obtaining juices of different qualities by a simple configuration.
The juicer has: a main body 4 with a built-in motor 3; a separation basket 1 rotationally driven by the motor 3 and provided with a cutter 7; and a filter 2 freely detachably equipped inside the separation basket 1 for making lees stay inside and separating the juice. A position for locking the filter 2 to the separation basket 1 can be changed in a vertical direction. By changing the position of the filter 2 in a height direction when locking the filter 2 to the separation basket 1, a gap between the bottom surface of the separation basket 1 and the lower end of the filter 2 is changed, and the flow path of the juice is changed. Thus, the juices of the different qualities are obtained matched with the preference of a user.
