PURPOSE: To surely hold bisected pieces of a fruit in fruit guide plates and effectively press the fruit by providing the fruit guide plates installed in a cutter part further with fruit guide auxiliary plates composed of elastic bodies such as leaf springs.
CONSTITUTION: Fruit guide auxiliary plates 12 composed of elastic bodies such as leaf springs are provided in addition to fruit guide tools 11 installed in a cutter part 10. In the course of bisecting a fruit with the cutter 10, the fruit pushed with fruit holding tools 7 presses the fruit guide auxiliary plates 12 against elasticity to take a shape along the slopes of the fruit holding tools 7. The fruit guide auxiliary plates 12 push away the bisected pieces of the fruit to the holding tools 7 with the elastic force (restoring force) just after the bisecting to enable efficient pressing of the fruit.
