PURPOSE: To provide a juicer which can produce clearer juice and simply dispose dregs with high efficiency of squeeze by permitting a charged material to be chopped up by a cutter on the inner bottom surface of a centrifugal separator basket and deposited to a filter attached to the inside wall so that only juice is extracted to the outside of the filter by a centrifugal force.

CONSTITUTION: Fruits and vegetables are charged from a charging tube 3 into a centrifugal separator basket 8 rotated by a motor, held down to the proximity of a cutter 13 by a charging rod 19 and chopped up by the rotation of the cutter 13 provided in the centrifugal separator basket 8. The chopped material is grated and deposited to the inside of a filter 15 by a centrifugal force of the rotating centrifugal separator basket 8. The deposited material moves upward along slits 17 to be condensed and accumulated in a collar section 16 by the centrifugal force. Then only juice flows out of the filter 15 through the slits 17 and air is taken in along with the rotation of the centrifugal separator basket 8.
