PURPOSE: A juicer, having a space consisting of an elastic body on the inner surface of a holding tool for a fruit rotating on the side of a body and capable of always holding the fruit at almost the central part of the holding tool.

CONSTITUTION: A juicer capable of holding a whole fruit 31 or 32, e.g. orange, in a bisected holding tool 25 by pressing the fruit with a cutter 30 provided above a body 20 by rotating motion of the holding tool 25 when charging the fruit from a charging inlet 29 into a cover 27, holding the fruit 31 which is smaller than the holding tool 25 in almost the central part with a spacer 28 in place of the inner surface of the holding tool 25 or similarly holding the fruit 32 of size equivalent to the holding tool 25 in almost the central part by elastic deformation of the spacer 28 along the inner surface of the holding tool 25. The fruit in this state is squeezed without breaking the periderm by operation to press the inner surface of the holding tool 25 to a cone 26 by a cam mechanism part 23 when the holding tool 25 reaches the position of the cone 26. As a result, the aimed fruit juice without bitterness is taken out of a fruit juice taking outlet 23.
