PURPOSE: To provide a jump trainer capable of disciplining muscles of one's feet and waist and being effective for increasing and holding one's physical strenght by providing a jump bar continuously ratating and devices to be attached to the trainer.

CONSTITUTION: A rotating shaft 4 is turned by a DC motor 1 of a power source thorugh a gear 3 connected thereto via a reduction gera group 2. The rotating shaft 4 is supported by a stationary shaft 8, and the jump bar is secured to the rotating shaft 4 by menas of a permanent magnet 6. The jump bars 5 in a plurality number can be fitted around the rotating shaft 4, and it is made possible for a trainee to perform a variety of training items. Furthermore, there is porvided a device 7 for setting the number of times of jump so that the trainee can set the target number of times of jump, and a device for indicating the times of jump so that the trainee can get the number of times of jump
