To solve the problem: that the input of a mail address or the input of the address of a homepage is complicate and easily mistaken in many cases; that a method or place for downloading data or software from the home page is not understandable in many cases; that failure in search, misunderstanding on similar associations, or difficulty in finding a target homepage may occur; and that the input mistake or input trouble of personal information such as an address may cause some users to feel that shopping is bothering in net shopping.

By inputting a jumper code which is preliminarily registered and managed, which is easy to see only with numbers, and which is easy to input, a user is able to directly perform access to a target home page, to perform "message creation" to mail which is not registered in an address book, to directly download data or software, and to save such a labor as the input of personal information from preliminarily registered data.
