To provide a Karaoke device, a singing evaluating method and a program by which singing with intonation can be rvaluated.

This Karaoke device can detect whether loudness of the singing from a harmonic ratio as a level ration of total levels of frequencies f1, f2, ..., of harmonic components to the level of a fundamental frequency f0 of a singing voice of a singer. Based upon intonation evaluation data showing the degree of variation in loudness of the singing, the degree of intonation of the singing can be evaluated, so evaluation of the intonation of the singing can be added to a scoring result based upon the singing of the singer. Further, the intonation of the singing is evaluated based upon a frequency distribution of sound volume levels of the singing voice, i.e. the voice quality, so the evaluation irrelevant to the sound volume level of the singing can be performed.
