PURPOSE: A keepable food easily providing a viscous or pasty food having a taste of palatability only by addition of water or warm water, obtained by blending starch with a food such as instant coffee powder, etc., and processing the blend into powder or a half paste state.

CONSTITUTION: Starch is blended with one or more of instant coffee powder, instant tea powder, powdered tea, cocoa powder, powdered milk, sea tangle powder, sugar, milk, cream, lactic acid bacteria drink, and SAKE (liquor), processed into powder or a half paste state, and each portion for one person is packaged into a closed packing bag of synthetic resin film or metal foil, to give the aimed keepable food.
