Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key capable of being used during a power outage while reducing a risk of illegal use by a third party.SOLUTION: A key comprises: a main body having a recessed part; a movable part, a part of which can move in a space inside the recess of the main body; a sensor for acquiring biological information; a controller; and a drive part. The controller collates the biological information acquired by the sensor and the pre-registered biological information of a user. When the controller determines that the biological information acquired by the sensor is the user's biological information, the drive part moves the movable part so that an outer shape of the combined main body and the movable part forms a shape which can unlock a predetermined lock.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
