Abstract:
PURPOSE: To increase the rotation preventive force of a key cylinder without increasing the thickness of a mounting panel.
CONSTITUTION: The recessed section 20 of a retainer clip 18 has a nearly U-like shape, and the curved edge section 20a of the recessed section 20 corresponds to the first notch section 4 of a mounting hole 3, and a flange 17 is set higher than the rising section 19 of the retainer clip 18, and the curved edge section 20a is positioned abutting on or proximate to the flange 17. Because the inclination of the flange 17 to the outside is restricted by this curved edge section 20a, the practical strength of the first notch section 4 is increased, increasing the rotation preventive force of a key cylinder 2.
