To provide a key device for easily replacing a battery.
A battery storage part 90 is formed in a case 60 so as to have a part of a base board storage part 62 in common, and a battery 26 is stored in its battery storage part 90. The battery storage part 90 is opened on the slider 70 side. That is, an opening part 91 is formed in the battery storage part 90, and its opening part 91 is blocked up by a quadrangular plate-like battery cover 92. When a slider 70 exists in a first position, the battery storage part 90 is visually blocked by covering with the slider 0. While, when the slider 70 exists in a second position, the battery storage part 90 (particularly, the battery cover 92) appears, and the battery 26 can be replaced by opening its battery cover 92.
