To prevent an electronic part from being detached from a handle part of a key plate when a gripping part is molded in a key device in which the electronic part is built in the gripping part formed so as to cover the handle part of the key plate through molding.
A key device is provided with a holding member 4 which is received by a receiving hole 3 opened in a handle part la of a key plate 1 in a condition to hold an electronic part, and a fixing member which is engaged with an outer edge of the handle part in a condition to hold the holding member 4 and fixed to the holding member. In particular, the fixing member 5 is provided with a center part 14 to support the holding member 4 and three leg parts which are extended from the central part 14 in an approximately Y-shape, two leg parts 15, 16 among three leg parts are respectively engaged with the outer edge of the handle part on the opposite side across the axis of the key plate, and the rest one leg part 17 among three leg parts is engaged with an inner circumferential edge of a connection hole 13 of a key holder opened on the opposite side to a shaft part across the receiving hole 3.
