Title:
KEY LEVER-MOUNTING MECHANISM FOR LOCKING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH10252332
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To perform locking and unlocking by sufficiently reducing the rotation angle of a key lever by a method wherein rotation non-sensitive areas in a rotation direction are set on both sides in an insertion pull off position for a key are set and mounting on the key lever mounting part of a lock is effected.

A fit-in hole 12 of a key lever 9 is formed such that a tip part 7 of a mounting part 6 is fitted in and in a state that a flat part 8 of the tip end part 7 is fitted in, a rotation no-sensitive area 13 is set at a given angle with a rotation direction. A contact part 14 with which a flat part 8 of a tip shaft part 7 makes contact is arranged at the end of the rotation no-sensitive area 13. As noted above, the rotation non-sensitive area 13 in a rotation direction is set between the tip end part 7 of a key lever mounting part 6 of a lock 3 and a fit-in hole 12 of a key lever 9. By mounting the key lever 9 on the key lever mounting part 6, the rotation of a key is set to a high value even when the rotation angle of the key lever 9 is set to a low value, and an operation sensation during operation of a key is sufficiently generated.
