This key management device comprises a receiving part 6 for abutting and receiving the insertion part 3a of a key management member 3 inserted into an insertion hole 4 inside the insertion hole. One of the insertion part and the receiving part of the abutted key management member has a plurality of drilled parts with the same shape opened toward the inserting direction of the key management member and an attachment 7 fitted to the predetermined position of the drilled part to close the position of the specific drilled part. The attachment is fixed to the other abutted surface while being detachably opposed to the drilled part into which the attachment is not fitted.
