PURPOSE: To make internal switch on-timing agree with key lock timing by adjusting switch element on/off timing so as to correspond to the key lock timing.
CONSTITUTION: A movable piece 6c is energized by an inverting spring 6b, so that a movable contact 6e is brought into contact with a lower side fixed contact 6g. An actuator 6a not inserted with a key 2 is lowered down, and in a position where the actuator 6a is also lowered down, the movable piece 6c is displaced against energizing force of the spring 6b, to bring the contact 6e into a fixed contact 6f. According to vertical action of this actuator 6a, contact switching is performed by different timing, and on/off outputs of a switch element 6 are also performed by different timing. A key lock member 40 is provided with a connecting hole 42 in the lower part and an engaging part 41 in the upper part, and in accordance with a position of a tubular work body 13, the key is locked or unlocked. Then, any of on/off timing of the element 6 and timing of a key lock 40 can be adjusted so as to correspond.
