Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a key telephone system where the key telephone system of the collect call side automatically calls back in place of a collect call.
CONSTITUTION: When an input/output part 1 receives a call via a trunk line 10, a control part 2 processes the incoming call and then sends a message to the opposite calling party stored in a message storage part 4 to instruct the input of the telephone number of the opposite party. The telephone number supplied in response to the command is received via the part 1 and analyzed at a DTMF part 3. The analyzed telephone number is recorded at a telephone number recording part 6. Then the recorded telephone number is transmitted by dialing at an automatic dialing part 5 immediately after an on-hook state, and the opposite calling party that transmitted the telephone number is immediately and automatically called back.
