A right plate part 15 and a left plate part 16 are bent at an angle which is shallower than a vertical angle on a unit base 11 formed of a metallic plate. An elevation support mechanism 30 to which a first link 31 and a second link 41 are connected by connection shaft parts 42a and 42b is arranged on the unit base 11. In this case, second support shaft parts 44a and 44b of the base of the second link 41 are inserted into sliding recesses 24a and 24b of bent pieces 21 and 22 of the unit base 11 in a Y2 direction. Afterwards, the right plate part 15 and the left plate part 16 are vertically bent, and first support shaft parts 37a and 37b of the first link 31 are inserted into support holes formed in the right plate part 15 and the left plate part 16.
