Abstract:
PURPOSE: To manufacture easily a key with the inside keyway having a key thread in the central part of the keyway.
CONSTITUTION: After a through-hole 7 is formed in a keyway of a substrate 1, a metallic mild having a core corresponding to the shape of a key thread to be formed is employed. Key thread members 2 having the inside keyway is formed of resin or metal powder, and the key thread members 2 are firmly fixed to the substrate 1.
