Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keyboard which can be imparted with a touch weight while using a substitutive material taking place of lead as material of weights and can reduce a manufacturing cost by simplifying the mounting work of the weights and decreasing the frequencies of the occurrence of the trouble, such as the crack of a keyboard body.
SOLUTION: The keyboard 1 has a freely oscillatable keyboard body 2 which vertically penetrates a front seat board 4 and is formed with an embedment hole 10 so as to extend up to the keyboard body 2 and the weight 20 which consists of materials exclusive of the lead, is provided with its outer peripheral surface composed of a smooth portion 21 and a knurled portion 22 at one end and is attached to the keyboard body 2 by being press fitted into the embedment hole 10 from the smooth portion 21.
