Abstract:
To provide a kiln accretion occurrence detection system capable of accurately grasping an occurrence timing or occurrence place of accretion in a rotary kiln.SOLUTION: A system for detecting occurrence of accretion on an inner wall of a rotary kiln 2 comprises: a thermos-camera part 11 for dividing the rotary kiln 2 into a plurality of continuous areas (A1 to A10) having predetermined length along an axial direction, and for measuring the temperature of a kiln external surface 2S in each of the plurality of areas with time; a measurement part 12 for measuring the measured lowest temperature of the kiln external surface 2S in each area with time; and a control part 13 for, on the basis of the lowest temperature measured with time in each of the plurality of areas, calculating a difference between the lowest temperatures between the adjacent areas, and for determining whether or not the temperature value of the difference is a predetermined set value or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
