Abstract:

To prevent adhesion and deposition of ashes on a kiln shell and provide a kiln furnace capable of keeping heat transmission efficiency of a combustion exhaust gas therein and a waste gasification system.

A first kiln furnace 10A of an embodiment is a kiln furnace comprising a kiln shell 102 to which wastes 101, objects to be treated, is fed, an outer cylinder 103 installed around the kiln shell 102 while keeping a prescribed space S around the circumference of the kiln shell 102, a combustion gas supply path 105 formed in the circumferential wall of the outer cylinder 103 and supplying a combustion exhaust gas 104 for indirectly heating the objects to be treated which are supplied to the inside of the kiln shell 102 to the space S, and a combustion exhaust gas discharge path 106 for discharging the combustion exhaust gas 104 outside of the outer cylinder 103 after the indirect heating: and an aperture part 105a of the combustion gas supply path 105 is formed in a manner that the gas flow of the combustion exhaust gas 104 is set in the direction of the tangential line of the kiln shell 102.
