Abstract:
To provide a kiln capable of suppressing thermal distortion even in sintering at a relatively high temperature.
A main partition wall 14 demarcating a sintering chamber 15 comprises a heat generation layer 14a of a self-heating type by microwave, and a heat insulation layer 14b having heat insulation property and microwave transmissibility and surrounding the outside of the heat generation layer 14a. The outside of the main partition wall 14 is surrounded with an auxiliary partition wall 16 containing a heat generation layer 16a of self-heating type by microwave.
