Title:
KILN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2005180891
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a kiln which enables various baking works by use of one simple kiln by using the kiln according to a baking purpose.

This kiln has a heat resisting performance of 1,300°C, and can perform multipurpose bakings by using a container tool exclusively used for change of a furnace part within this range. When charcoal is produced in this kiln, and another baking purpose is executed by use of this charcoal, the fuel expense necessary for the baking is substantially zero. A 100%-charcoal baked earthenware can be produced to make a smoked food that can be said to be a natural food or bread. Since the temperature is easy to adjust, and no imperfect combustion is caused, various baking works can be performed regardless of high and low temperatures.
