Abstract:
To improve the rotation stability and reliability of a kinetic pressure gas bearing device.
A plate 11 and thrust bearing plates 6 and 7 having kinetic pressure generating grooves 6a and 7a are integrally fixed with permanent magnets 4a, 4b and 4c provided in a hub 3 and a shaft 2 to improve rigidity of the bearing in the thrust direction. With this structure, a breakdown or the like due to a contact of the permanent magnets with each other when the vibration or an impact in the thrust direction is applied during the rotation of the hub 3 is suppressed to improve the rotation stability and reliability.
