To provide a kiosk terminal device enabling the promotion of use by evaluating and improving a provision method, not only a simple selection, of an article and a service, based on attribute information including an emotion index obtained from the image analysis of a user.

The attribute information at least including the emotion index, having a numerical value of the user emotion, is stored correspondingly to scenario data defining an output content to be output to an output unit. By the control of an imaging unit, an image including the user is imaged. Based on the imaged image, the attribute information at least including the emotion index of the user is obtained. Based on the obtained attribute information, the stored scenario data are selected. By the execution of the selected scenario data, the control is made to output the output content to the output unit. By the comparison of the emotion indexes based on the images imaged before and after the output of the output content, the scenario data are evaluated.
