Abstract:
To provide a kit for the identification of bacteria of genus Mycobacterium.
This kit for the identification provides an identification kit for detecting genetic polymorphism on a genom of various kinds of bacteria of genus Mycobacterium including Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The kit is a combination of nucleotides obtained by combining a signal probe having a specific common sequence called as flap at the 5' side with an invader oligo.
